ACSPERT 32&64bit is for single businesses. The program will operate for a maximum of 10 business entities, with four quarterly BAS or one Annual BAS. It will then expire and require renewal. The BAS can be transcribed to your paper BAS or lodged via the ATO Portal. ACSPERT can also be used as an effective accounting tool for non-GST businesses. Acspert’s capacity is 800 transactions per quarter for the main account with 375 transactions for each of three other bank accounts, if required. ACSPERT’s main advantage is the speed with which the accounting function can be completed. Using word recognition and data extracted from your bank ACSPERT allocates transactions automatically, reducing the time and cost of the accounting process. Human input is only required for adjustments and items not allocated. ACSPERT comes with an easy to read user guide and other documentation.
ACSPERT is designed to integrate seamlessly to the accountants requirements. It produces an annual journal as input for the accountant to prepare statutory financial statements, if required. ACSPERT also produces tax compliant livestock trading accounts, business trading accounts, profit and loss and a provisional balance sheet.
